This 29-year-old German sensation is the most celebrated supermodel in the entire world. She was discovered in a Dusseldorf discotheque in October 1987. She has been called, by GQ magazine and countless others, the most beautiful woman in the world. Her face and body have graced the covers of more than 500 magazines, that's what made her the Guiness World Record's holder who has most covers than any other supermodels. Also, her contract with Revlon which was listed in the Guiness World Record as well. Now she is the spokeperson of the face of Loreal. She also appears in a list of famous Citroen commercials on TV. Her yearly income is estimated at as much as $14 million. In 1998, she was the highest paid supermodel according to "Forbes".

Claudia Schiffer was born on August 25, 1970 in Rheinberg, Germany. She's 5-feet-11 and is 57kg in weight. Her father, Heinz is an attorney and her mother, Gudrun is a housewife. She has 2 younger brothers, Stefan and Andreas; and one younger sister and confidante, Ann-Carolin. She was engaged to American magician David Copperfield for nearly 6 years. Presently, she is engaged to British Business Tycoon, Tim Jefferies.

Her first cover shot was on the magazine French Elle. Once launched by Elle, Claudia's career was taking off. Claudia hit the United States with the successful, stunning Guess? campaign in 1989. She then appeared in her first fashion show in Chanel. Following that, she was the muse of Chanel legendary designer, Karl Lagerfeld for more than 5 years. She has walked down runways for all the major designers and appeared in ad campaigns for Versace, Valentino, YSL, Christian Dior, and recently sashaied in the Louis-Vuitton ready to wear 2000 fashion show. Due to her hectic scheldule and budding movie career, she has become more selective of her fashion appearances. She had a cameo role in Macaulay Culkin's Richie Rich as a fitness instructor, while in 1997, she made her movie debut in The Blackout with Matthew Modine. She also finished Friends & Lovers and Despearate But Not Serous in 1999. In April 2000, her movie Black and White will open in the USA. Currently she is working on her new action movie, In Pursuit with Daniel Baldwin.
